Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.

Shipping Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. PawVibz is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders:
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@pawvibz.store and we’ll help you check the shipment status.
